Holidays Are Around The Corner

If you are anything like us you probably think it's a little too early to see all the Christmas tree and decorations at every store, but some say it's never too early. Our holidays rush normally starts Thanksgiving week and we want as many happy customers as possible. We always remind our customers that many of our items are made to order proudly in the USA. Because they have to be made before they are shipped there is an associated lead time when ordering. We clearly list the lead time on all of our product pages. Another question we often get is if we offer expedited shipping. Unfortunately, we don't. When we started our company 9 years ago we use to offer expedited options but customers would get so frustrated when they would discover the shipping costs were more than the items themselves we discontinued this service option. We now only offer free ground shipping. Unfortunately, our items are large and heavy! We do offer a Ships Quick program for customers that need items in a pinch. Our Ships Quick program selection continues to grow year over year and we have the largest inventory in stock in our history. Any item in ourShips Quick program ships the next Business day. Talk about fast!
