Please be aware that orders paid for via check will not be processed until we receive the check, and the check has cleared the bank. For time sensitive projects, we recommend paying via one of the other methods listed above.

- Swing Lengths

Please note all swings are categorized on our website for easy browsing and searching. This includes swing lengths as we group swings to their nearest foot (3 foot, 4 foot, 5 foot, and 6 foot). All manufacturers produce swings in different dimensions. Please refer to the actual product dimensions on the product page if you require exact measurements or have a space limitation to ensure your new swing will fit.

- Cancelling An Order

Once the order is placed with ThePorchSwingCompany we will submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed, ThePorchSwingCompany.com and thus the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. All order cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No exceptions. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but can be returned under our Standard Return Policy. We only accept cancellation requests online at the link below. You will receive a ticket number for your cancellation request immediately after submitting the form.

Cancellation Request

At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 24-hour window, ThePorchSwingCompany will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. However, you may return the product subject to our Standard Return Policy.

- Sales Receipts

To provide our customers with tremendous savings and quicker shipping times, we ship most of our products directly from the manufacturer to your front door. Who doesn't like to save time and money? The one drawback to this logistics method is that most products will typically arrive without a packing invoice or receipt. Thus, as soon as your order is submitted you will receive an order confirmation via email that will be your sales receipt record. Don't have an email address, but still want a receipt? Simply give us a call and we will happily put one in the mail for you.

- Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Florida. Shipments to Florida are subject to 7% sales tax. Everyone else enjoys tax free shopping!

We are pleased offer free shipping on most products to anywhere in the contiguous U.S.! Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.

In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we provide Free Shipping for all orders over $75.00 or a flat $7.95 for orders under $75.00. Unless you are shipping an order to Florida (7% sales tax) your order total will be known before you begin checkout. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and policies. Shipping large or heavy products can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur in your order when shopping around.

- Shipping Notes

We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Please contact us for rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

- Canadian Customers

We are proud to offer shipping to Canada. In order to obtain an accurate shipping quote, (all duties, taxes, etc), please complete our online quote form. You will receive a detailed quote within 1 Business day.

- Shipping Methods

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. Your product will ship via the method specified in this listing (Common Carrier or Curb-side delivery). Each shipping method has its own standard for time in transit, delivery to your home or business, etc.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

We have three methods of shipment available: Common Carrier, Curb-side delivery, and White Glove Platinum service.*

- Delivery Times

Every product on the site has an estimated lead time – the number of business days it takes for a product to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors and is not guaranteed. Some warehouses stock products that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others products are Made to Order and require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product listing includes the estimated lead time: "Ships in XXX" to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 5 Business days after it leaves the warehouse. These lead times are not a guarantee. If you have a time sensitive project we recommend that you call a Product Specialist and arrange expedited shipping.

We do not require an adult signature for Common Carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an product left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 7 Days From Delivery Policy

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box and contents to ensure there is no damage done due to delivery. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package (Learn more about our Shipment Refusal Process), instead please contact us immediately so we can help you in the replacement of your order and file the proper claim with the shipper. We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper may want to inspect or pick up the damaged product and packaging. We ask you to keep the product and all associated packaging for 14 Business days before disposal should the shipper choose to inspect or pick up the product. We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has delivered your order. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Specialists within 7 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

If your order is shipping by Curb-side Delivery or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.

The most important thing to remember about curb-side delivery is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any missing products or damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about delivery, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED or PRODUCT MISSING" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any missing/damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away as speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.

In all cases of damaged, defective and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the product and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange. If you decide you do not want the correctly ordered product, parts or a replacement unit, your order can be returned under our Standard Return Policy.

Easy Returns...How They Should Be

We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable. GreenEdgeFurnishings.com sells products from some manufacturers that are custom made or made-to-order. These products are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed.

Products not eligible for return

- Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order).
- Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
- Any cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection
- Any product that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way.
- Any product that is not in resalable condition.
- Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by GreenEdgeFurnishings.com
- Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
- Large orders: (Orders containing 10 or more of a single product or orders with an invoice total greater than $2,500). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.

Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return, which can take up to 7 Business days. Return shipping charges and re-stocking fees are not refundable. Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
