After your order is placed with us, we will send you an order confirmation email. We review the order and send the order details to the warehouse or manufacturer.

When the warehouse or manufacturer receives your order information, they being processing your order immediately. You can see an estimated shipping time on every product page. Just look for the text that says "Ships FREE in". If your product is made to order (noted on product page), the manufacturer begins production immediately. As soon as your order completes manufacturing it will ship to you directly.

Your order is now packaged up and loaded on a truck heading to it's new home! We will email you a tracking number and the assocaited carrier for your shipment. Depending on where your orders ships from in the USA, shipping transit can take anywhere from a couple days to a week. You can find out the delivery estimate for your order by visiting the carrier's website with the tracking information provided.

Your order will be delivered as outlined on the product page (via Common Carrier or Curb Side delivery). We hope you enjoy your new patio furniture for years to come!
